Initial consultations are free which will consist of:

  1. Identifying your perceived strengths and weaknesses.
  2. Identifying the commitments in your life that may cause stress and   interfere with training
  3. Identifying your goals, both short-term and long-term.
  4. Developing a strategy to balance points 1-3
Follow-up will involve a more detailed plan with specific workouts and in-field observation of form and testing of baseline fitness levels.
Rates start at $50 a month
