Initial consultations are free which will consist of:
- Identifying your perceived strengths and weaknesses.
- Identifying the commitments in your life that may cause stress and interfere with training
- Identifying your goals, both short-term and long-term.
- Developing a strategy to balance points 1-3
Follow-up will involve a more detailed plan with specific workouts and in-field observation of form and testing of baseline fitness levels.
